Travis Lee Gibbs

Travis Lee Gibbs, 50, of Mason, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV. 

He was born August 11, 1974, in Gallipolis, OH, a son of Jack “Mike” Gibbs and Pam (Jeff) Workman Gardner. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Granny Dot Gibbs and aunt, Vickie DeWeese. 

Travis was a 1992 graduate of Wahama High School and the owner/operator of the Bargain Hut in Mason, WV. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed working, and loved spending time with his grandbaby. 

Survivors in addition to his parents, include the love of his life and wife of 28 years, Jennifer (Cart) Gibbs; daughters, Abigail (Adam) Litchfield, of Point Pleasant, Brittany (Trevor) Shaw of Eleanor; granddaughter, Allison “Allie” Shaw; brothers, Jeremy Gardner of Mayo, FL, Jeffrey Gardner of Ashland, KY; sister, Angela (Mark) Haney of Mansfield, OH; aunt and uncle, Diane and Jeff Lewis and several nieces, nephews and great niece and nephews.  

Friends may visit with the family from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV. Private burial will be on Monday in the Zerkle Cemetery, Letart, WV.
