Two felons were detained for their alleged involvement in a shooting in Southeast Portland that seriously injured one man.
Jeroshea M. Wilson and Sir James A. Williams were booked into Multnomah County Jail two days after the August 22 shooting between SE 148th and Stark, according to a police release.
The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. that day, and the victim, who has not been officially identified, was transported to the hospital for emergency care.
As the inquiry progressed, the suspect’s vehicle was discovered at a parking lot near 16000 East Burnside. According to police, officers apprehended Wilson and Williams peacefully.
Wilson, 27, was arrested for attempted murder, assault, unauthorized use of a firearm, reckless endangerment, and two firearm offenses.
