A large party at a Columbus business resulted in three people being arrested after narcotics and firearms were discovered.
According to CPD, police performed a business license check at the Natural Nails and Gels Salon, located at 701 Brown Avenue, around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday after receiving reports of a huge party at the establishment and the neighboring intersection.
Following the discovery of drugs and guns at the party, business owner Eric Poe, Dante Jenkins, and Steve Wilborn were arrested.
According to CPD, 1.5 pounds of marijuana, 100 Oxycodone pills, two weapons, and numerous drug-related paraphernalia were recovered.
Poe is charged with obstruction and running a company without a license.
Jenkins is charged with possessing marijuana with the purpose to distribute, possessing Schedule II drugs (oxycodone), possessing a handgun while committing certain offenses, and possessing drug-related materials.
Wilborn is charged with possession of schedule II drugs (oxycodone), possession of drug-related things, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
