A man arrested for leading police on a pursuit in Elkhart last month was arrested again Thursday night after leading police on another chase in Milwaukee.
The man killed a mother and her two sons on the way home after a soccer game.
Trevon Loston, 19, of Chicago, is charged with resisting law officers and unlawful carrying of a pistol in Elkhart County.
He was released on a $5,000 bond.
He is now facing charges in Milwaukee for running and eluding, causing death.
Two more children remain in the hospital with significant injuries.
More than 100 family, friends, and supporters of the dead gathered at the crash site Wednesday night.
The family arrived in the United States from Thailand in 2011.
