Constable Mark Herman’s office is seeking assistance from the public following a theft at a local HEB store.
Two women were caught on surveillance footage stealing baby formula and cosmetics worth more than $300, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
On August 31, two people were observed concealing products in a baby pack and stroller before departing an HEB store without paying.
The incident occurred around 6:25 p.m. at the HEB on the 28500 block of Northwest Freeway.
The retailer reported a $315.36 loss in products, and the crime was caught on camera, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
“If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement and refer to case number 2509-00624,” Constable Mark Herman stated.
The statement was placed on the Precinct 4 Facebook page, where, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4, authorities also published photographs of the suspects and promoted the C4 NOW mobile app for crime, arrest, safety tips, and traffic updates.
