A woman has died, and a suspect has been detained for murder, according to Cincinnati police.
Rachel Counts, 23, was found shot when police came to Kings Run Court in Winton Hills at 10:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Despite life-saving efforts, several people perished on the site, according to police.
On Monday, police reported that Omarion Horne, 23, had been detained and charged with Counts’ murder.
The Homicide Unit is still investigating.
