Anthony Milan Ross, a Valley celebrity chef, has been found guilty of killing his wife and children on Christmas Day in 2017.
On Monday, a Maricopa County jury found Ross guilty on all three charges of first-degree murder in the murder of his estranged wife, Iris, and his two children, 11-year-old Nigel and 10-month-old Anora.
He was also found guilty of three charges of aggravated assault in connection with the murder, as well as 17 counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer, since when police raided the residence, Ross reportedly shot at cops who returned fire after an hours-long standoff with Phoenix police.
Ross was well-known for appearing on a number of local television shows, including 3TV’s Good Morning Arizona, where he was interviewed at the Scottsdale Food Festival over a year before the killings.
During opening arguments in September, prosecutors depicted Ross as someone obsessed with being a celebrity, whose success was a ruse, and whose world came crashing down when his wife filed for divorce six months before the murders.
Sentencing is set for January 9, 2026.
