Two men are facing various charges after reportedly pursuing a victim through Franklin County streets, according to the Chambersburg Police Department.
Garrett Lake, 21, and Brady Appleby are facing the following charges after a high-speed chase on November 5:
- Stalking
- Reckless endangerment
- False imprisonment
- Disorderly conduct
- Obstructing highways
- Reckless driving
Police said officers rushed to the 600 block of Lincoln Way East at 10:00 p.m. after receiving reports of a “erratic driver.”
According to investigators, Lake and Appleby were chasing a victim at high speeds, driving into oncoming traffic, and attempting to “box the victim’s vehicle in.”
Lake and Appleby were then detained on multiple driving counts. Both are awaiting preliminary hearings, which have yet to be scheduled.
