Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office discovered criminal activities after receiving a routine call about a trespasser at Uptown Cheapskate on Spring Stuebner Road in Houston.
The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported that Tiffany Smith was caught on the premises without permission and in possession of crystal methamphetamine.
Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated on their Facebook page that the investigation proved both trespassing and narcotics possession.
“Tiffany Smith was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance,” with no bond or court information currently available.
