A 43-year-old man was detained after Monroe police discovered a small amount of methamphetamine and suspected Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol marijuana at a home Wednesday morning.
A drug search warrant was executed at approximately 5:20 a.m. in the 1500 block of 11th Street with the assistance of State Line Area Narcotics Task Force personnel, and the illicit substances were allegedly discovered.
Officers arrested the Monroe man on original allegations of methamphetamine delivery and possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession, and keeping a drug home.
The Green County Sheriff’s Office and local Illinois police aided with the investigation.
