The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says it has arrested five people in connection with an armed home invasion at an Airbnb earlier this month.

The incident took place on November 5 at a home on Leader Street in the Davenport area.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, a group of males armed with pistols forced their way into the house and stole an adolescent girl’s phone and keys.

According to deputies, the suspects traded gunfire with several of the other guests before fleeing the scene.

Deputies who responded to the crime scene discovered many pistol and rifle casings, gunshot holes in the walls, and a damaged rear sliding glass door.

Two suspects, Devante Joseph, 21, and Markel Bailey, 20, were captured nearby that night.

On Monday, deputies said they tracked down and arrested two persons in Orange County with the assistance of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol.

They were identified as Alvan Civil (22) and Jaiquan Hill (20). Ronnall Marayne, 20, was the fifth person arrested on Tuesday.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office stated that the victims in the Airbnb were aware of the suspects and provided authorities with clues.

The investigation is ongoing, but the sheriff’s office believes there are no further suspects.
