A Cincinnati resident is enjoying a major Ohio Lottery win after winning the top prize on the Holiday Millions Scratch-Off game.

The winning ticket pays out $80,000 each year for 25 years, totaling $2 million. Instead of taking the annuity, the winner chose the $1 million cash option. The winner will get $728,750 after deducting 27.125 percent of state and federal taxes.

The winning Holiday Millions ticket was purchased at Meijer #150, which is located at 3911 State Routes 22 and 23 in Loveland.

The Holiday Millions scratch-off ticket costs $30 and has a top prize of $80,000 per year for 25 years. As of December 11, 2025, only one top prize in the game had yet to be claimed.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has provided more than $34 billion to education in the state.
