An argument after a scooter hit a car ended in shots fired in a Cincinnati neighborhood.
Gerald Askew was arraigned on Thursday on felonious assault and gun charges stemming from the December 3 incident.
The prosecution claimed that during an argument between Askew and Jeremiah Mobley after the scooter accident on Bowling Green Court, Mobley pulled out a gun. Askew also went and came back.
The prosecution said Mobley opened fire first, but Askew returned fire. All of this appears to have been captured on camera.
The prosecution requested for a large bond for Askew, claiming that the incident endangered others.
The judge set bond at $18,000.
Mobley was in court last week. He is being jailed on a bail of $30,000.
