A mass shooting in East Baltimore on Monday night left one woman dead and injured four men.
It happened before 11 p.m., near Belair Road and Mayfield Avenue.
An officer was patrolling the neighborhood when he heard gunfire.
Shortly thereafter, the officer spotted two wounded males, aged 24 and 20.
Both victims were sent to a hospital and are expected to live.
Nearby, authorities discovered a third victim, a 54-year-old lady who had been shot. She died on the scene.
As investigators searched the crime scene, they learned of two other gunshot victims who had checked into a local hospital.
The two men, aged 25 and 31, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Currently, there is no word on a possible suspect or motive.
