Montgomery County authorities’ 5th District Special Assignment Team officers carried a search warrant in the Crystal Rock area of Germantown on Friday, following many days of surveillance related to suspected drug activity, according to authorities.
The operation, which involved SWAT, resulted in the seizure of three handguns, two of which had extended magazines, as well as a huge amount of crack cocaine.
According to police, seven adults were detained during the operation, which involved the 5th District Special Assignment Team, 1st and 6th District SAT officers, the 5th District Community Action Team, and the Special Investigations Division.
