A 19-year-old Oswego man has been arrested for allegedly being involved in a violent robbery involving a group of assailants on a Chicago Transit Authority train last October.
According to investigators, the suspect was a member of a bigger group that physically assaulted and robbed a 23-year-old man near the 69th Street CTA stop on Chicago’s south side on October 12, 2018.
The suspect was arrested in Oswego on Tuesday and charged with aggravated violence involving a transit passenger and robbery, both felonies.
Police have provided no other information about the incident.
