Kingston Borough Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man charged with multiple felony counts involving a minor, according to court records.
Andrew John Raupp, 51, of Scranton, faces many charges, including criminal attempt to make unlawful contact with a minor, criminal solicitation involving statutory sexual assault, and criminal use of a communication service. The alleged offenses happened on July 16, 2021.
According to court documents, the case was filed in Luzerne County and is currently dormant for a preliminary hearing.
Kingston Borough Police have not provided any additional information about the circumstances underlying the claims.
