A 33-year-old Cleveland man has been detained in connection with an animal cruelty investigation, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office. On January 10, 2026, Delbert Hedrick III was taken into jail without incident. The Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office launched the inquiry on January 12, 2025, after receiving a complaint about mistreatment to non-livestock animals. On November 5, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued for Hedrick on the third-degree criminal accusation. The constable’s office underlined its dedication to preserving animal welfare and prosecuting acts of animal cruelty.
