Evansville Police Department officials say a man is in custody after being accused of rape.
According to the affidavit, officers were dispatched to St. Vincent Hospital in response to a reported rape.
Officers say they spoke with the victim, who told them they had been raped by the perpetrator, later identified as Noah Collins.
The victim informed authorities that they had booked a rendezvous with Collins for late Wednesday night.
Police allege the victim and Collins traveled to a motel following the date, where he sexually attacked them.
The victim informed police that they told Collins “No” about twelve times.
Collins was later discovered in the parking lot and arrested.
He is being charged with rape.
