The Texas Department of Public Safety reports that a convicted sex offender on the state’s 10 Most Wanted list has been arrested. The Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division – TAG Unit worked diligently to make the arrest.

The offender, identified as Freeman, was convicted in 2011 of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old child and then broke probation, resulting in a five-year jail sentence from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
