An 18-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder who had been reported missing since last seen in Lancaster was located on Tuesday.
Jeffrey Pennington was last seen at 8 a.m. Monday on the 5800 block of West Avenue J10, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Pennington was described as a 6-foot-tall, 200-pound Caucasian man with brown hair and eyes. He was last spotted with a black shirt with a red motif and a star on the sleeve, paired with black jeans.
The LASD reported finding him at 3:23 a.m. on Tuesday.
The LASD did not share information about the circumstances, manner, or details of Pennington’s discovery.
