The state has identified an Ocala woman who won $1 million after purchasing a scratch-off at a local gas station.
The Florida Lottery has announced that Yeraldiny Luevano Baza of Ocala won the scratch-off. According to the organization’s records, Baza won $1 million from the $15,000,000 Diamond Spectacular scratch-off game.
Baza bought her winning ticket at Quick King Food Store #12, located at 7947 W. Highway 40 in Ocala. She chose to accept her prize in the form of a single lump-sum payment of $606,700.00.
The identification comes as the 90-day anonymity period granted by Florida law has expired. Baza first claimed her winnings on December 3, 2025. Florida Statute 24.1051 exempts the identities of lottery winners who claim wins of $250,000 or more from public disclosure for 90 days to give them time to safeguard their finances and privacy.
The store received an additional $2,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
