Twelve individuals were detained at a Portland encampment on Tuesday, following months of local concerns.
The arrest took place on SE 103rd, near SE Foster.

The 12 individuals were on outstanding warrants, and fentanyl was also discovered at the location.
“The team’s priority was balancing community safety with compassion and connection to services. Multiple individuals were offered support and resources, with nine accepting assistance,” police said. “PPB remains committed to working collaboratively to address safety concerns while helping connect people to the resources they need.”
