North Tonawanda City Attorney Edward Zebulske was detained in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, according to a police report obtained by 7News.
According to the report received under the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, Zebulske was discovered by a Red Roof Inn management “extremely intoxicated and lying on the floor outside the building,” which is located on South Kings Highway, on February 19 at around 7 p.m.
Zebulske allegedly entered the hotel lobby and “was being loud, boisterous, and physically throwing objects in the lobby.”
Myrtle Beach police arrested him for public intoxication. He was charged with one count of disorderly behavior.
According to North Tonawanda Police, he was previously arrested on DWI charges in November 2023.
Zebulske was re-elected as North Tonawanda’s city attorney in November. He ran unopposed.
