2 firefighters dead after fire truck crash in Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said that two firefighters were killed Friday morning after a fire truck crashed while responding to an emergency call.

According to authorities, the crash occurred when a Goldsby Fire Department truck was going east on Redbud Road. According to investigators, the vehicle exited the road and struck a tree.

Officials confirmed that two firefighters died in the collision. Their identities have not yet been revealed.
