Contractor Richard Wood, who was suspected of defrauding individuals in the Big Country out of thousands of dollars for unfinished repair jobs, has been sentenced to prison.
Wood was sentenced to six years in prison for exploitation of the elderly and an additional 18 months for theft.
The owner of All Pro Construction is accused of defrauding several individuals and businesses out of thousands of dollars.
The business is also known as A Pro Construction and All Pro Contracting.
Autumn Rankin, the owner of a mobile home park, claims Richard Wood was full of excuses from the moment he accepted her payment to rehab one of her mobile homes.
