A Bronx woman was charged with various charges today following the WCPD Narcotics Unit’s investigation into cocaine sales in Westchester County.
Heidi Rodriguez, 48, is charged of making repeated cocaine deals to undercover detectives totaling more than 100 grams. She was arrested in White Plains and will be arraigned later today in White Plains City Court.
The Narcotics Unit began investigating Rodriguez after learning that she was exploiting her position with her employer to promote drug sales. Rodriguez works for an organization that assists people with mental health challenges and other basic human needs.
Rodriguez was charged with numerous drug-related offenses, including the following felonies:
– Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree
– Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree
– Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.
