Baltimore police apprehended four juveniles and recovered two stolen vehicles Tuesday evening following a police chase.
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Beechfield Ave. shortly before 6:30 p.m. on April 7 to investigate a crashed and abandoned car, according to police.
When cops arrived, witnesses provided video and descriptions of three people departing the truck and leaping into a waiting vehicle.
Officers scoured the area and found the vehicle, according to police.
Officers then requested that the police department’s helicopter, Foxtrot, track the vehicle.
Foxtrot discovered the vehicle near the 4700 block of N. Franklintown Rd. in the West Hills neighborhood, according to authorities.
Police discovered the abandoned vehicle and, with the assistance of Foxtrot, apprehended four suspects: two 16-year-old males, a 14-year-old female, and a 14-year-old guy.
Police said that both stolen automobiles have been recovered.
All four accused were transported to juvenile detention without incident.
