LEYDEN — Authorities have charged two local residents with endangering the welfare of a child following a reported domestic incident last month in Lewis County.
On April 1, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Luis J. Raspaldo, 28, of Port Leyden, NY, and Alexis E. Casler, 22, of Lee Center, NY. Each faces one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies said the charges stem from a domestic incident that reportedly took place on March 28 in the town of Leyden.
At press time, officials reported that both Raspaldo and Casler had been released with appearance tickets.
Authorities did not provide additional details.
