A man was shot and killed in Hartwell early Friday morning. Cincinnati police identified the victim as 40-year-old Robert Andrews.
Officers responded to De Camp Avenue around 4 a.m. Despite efforts to save him, Andrews died.
A heavy police presence remains at the scene.
Police have not said if they have any suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.
