Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives on Saturday are asking for the public’s help in finding a 15-year-old boy who was reported missing in South Los Angeles.
Meliyon Joseph Tavares was last seen around 7 a.m. Friday near the 10800 block of Denker Avenue and West 108th Street, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Meliyon is Black, stands 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs 120 pounds, with short black dreadlocks and brown eyes. According to authorities, he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater with flowers, black slacks, and black shoes.
