Two more women have been detained for taking drugs into the Federal Prison, according to the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Hallie Kanzler, 31, of Evansville, Indiana, was arrested for distributing methamphetamine, possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute, and bringing contraband into a prison institution.
Jacquetta Taylor, 36, of Houston, Texas, was arrested for distributing marijuana and bringing contraband into a penal institution.
This has been a continuing concern for Grant Parish, with around 49 arrests of people attempting to transport contraband into the Federal Prison this year.
