A group of six people robbed a jewelry store at gunpoint Sunday night on the city’s far North Side, according to Chicago police.
The robbery occurred around 7:23 p.m. on the 2600 block of West Devon Avenue in the West Ridge neighborhood.
Police said six suspects armed with handguns “forcefully” entered the jewelry store and stole things from the display cases. The trio then fled the area in white and black SUVs.
There were no injuries recorded.
There have been no arrests made. Detectives from Area Three are conducting an investigation.
