A Toledo daycare worker was arrested early Saturday morning on charges related to leaving three children unattended, according to police.
According to the incident report, Tommy Colbert, 23, was detained at 3:31 a.m. for child endangerment.
Colbert is accused of leaving three children, ages 6, 3, and 11 months, unsupervised for an hour while he went to visit a friend.
Little Miracle’s Child Care Center is located in the 4200 block of Monroe Street.
Colbert appeared in court on January 17. He pleaded not guilty and was released on his recognizance.
