Pensacola Felon Who Held Victims At Gunpoint During Robbery Sentenced To 20 Years In Prison

A Pensacola man has been sentenced to prison for armed robbery in December 2024.

According to a Department of Justice news release, 41-year-old Ulysses Robinson Jr. was sentenced to 20 years in prison on charges of interference with commerce by threat or violence, firing a firearm during a violent crime, and possessing a firearm by a felon.

According to the statement, on December 16, Robinson and Ladarryl Paige, who both pled guilty, went into a business on North Davis Highway and held several people at gunpoint before robbing them of $10,000 and marijuana.

Robinson allegedly forced all of the victims to obey his demands at gunpoint. He also discharged the firearm during the incident.

Both men were identified using video surveillance and electronic evidence, according to the release.

Robinson had already been convicted of a felony.
