El Paso police seek help locating missing 14-year-old girl

The El Paso Police Department is seeking information from the community about a missing 14-year-old girl.

Zury Dahailey Talamantes, 14, was reported as a runaway on Thursday, January 29th. Police said she has been missing since midday on Thursday.

Talamantes is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with long dark brown hair and a nose piercing. She was last seen dressed in a white blouse, navy sweater, and blue trousers and carrying a gray backpack.

Talamantes was last spotted around McCombs Street and Sarah Anne Avenue.

The Texas Department of Public Safety issued an Amber Alert for Talamantes at about 5:30 p.m. on January 30, noting that law enforcement officials think she is in grave or immediate danger.
