Richard E. Weaver, 90

Richard E. Weaver, 90, of Syracuse, passed from this life into the presence of the Lord Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the Arbors of Pomeroy.

Born September 23, 1927 in Mason County, WV, he was the son of the late Harold Edward and Lena Gaskins Weaver. Richard was a WW II US Coast Guard veteran.

He is survived by one daughter Theresa (Randy) Pressley; one son Phillip (Tawna) Weaver; one daughter-in-law Cathy Weaver; one sister Margaret Darst and several grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Margie Norris Weaver; one son Roger Weaver and one daughter Susie Weaver Lightfoot.

Private graveside services were held at Letart Falls Cemetery.
