Harvey F. McFarland, 91, of Langsville, Oh, Went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH.

Born April 30, 1927, at Bidwell, OH to the late Alexander and Phylena George McFarland. He was a member of the Ohio Operating Engineers Local 18, an Army Veteran of WW II and the Korean Conflict, member American Legion, Wellston , OH, VFW #9926, of Mason WV, and Eagles Club #2171, Pomeroy, OH.

Harvey is survived by a daughter Thelma Smith, grandchildren Darlene (Kevin) Kerr, Denise (Scott Glover) Nibert, Angela (Samuel) Raver, and Curtis Stephanie) Knight, JR. A brother Paul McFarland, good friend and neighbor Gladys Cross, 4 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parets proceded by wife Bernice M. Hamner McFarland, daughter Sylvia A (Curtis) Knight, son Steven A. McFarland. Sibling Walter, Gerald, Hazel, Clarence, Goldie, and Turley.
