Baltimore Police are offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information leading to charges and an arrest in the February 2025 fatal shooting of a man in West Baltimore.
On February 23, 2025, at about 12:36 a.m., officers responded to a shot spotter alert in the 600 block of Poplar Grove Street and discovered a man identified as Eric Carter with a gunshot wound to the head.
Carter was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
Detectives are still investigating this incident and encourage anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100.
