Two people were shot outside a Downtown Detroit bar on Monday morning.
It occurred around 7 a.m. on March 30, near Checkmate Detroit on Larned Street, between Beaubien and St. Antoine.
According to authorities, a man and a woman were seated in a car when a third person tried to rob them. The suspect allegedly fired multiple rounds into the automobile, striking both occupants.
The man and woman are likely to survive.
