Two people were arrested after police discovered a big amount of narcotics in an area home.
The Liberty Police Department stated that it conducted a collaborative investigation with the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities executed a search warrant in the 200 block of E. Sycamore Street on Wednesday.
According to the department, the search yielded roughly 176 grams of methamphetamine, 162 grams of marijuana, and digital scales.
Haylee Saylor and another wanted suspect were apprehended.
The desired suspect’s identity was not immediately known.
Saylor was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possessing marijuana, possessing paraphernalia, possessing methamphetamine, and causing a public nuisance.
Saylor is being held in the Union County Jail, while the sought suspect has been transferred to the Fayette County Jail.
