Authorities have identified two boys who died when a vehicle crashed into the Willamette River in downtown Portland.
Authorities stated Roberto C. Garcia-Chavez, 19, and Trent Badillo, 17, were both from Beavercreek, Clackamas County. Following the crash on Monday, April 6, at 2 a.m., the pair was located and recognized.
