The Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post arrested Noe Martinez Flores, 47, of Lewisville, TX, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fourth offense.
A Wisconsin state trooper pulled over a car that was parked in the traffic lane on US 12 near Riverview Road in Jackson County. Upon contact, the trooper noticed that the motorist was impaired. A subsequent investigation, which included standardized field sobriety tests, revealed that the driver was driving under the influence.
The driver was driven to a local hospital for a legal blood draw before being turned over to the Jackson County Jail. The driver was charged with OWI for the fourth time, failure to install an ignition interlock device, no insurance, and parking on the left side of the road.
