A young girl was taken to the hospital after being shot in Dorchester on Wednesday night, according to Boston police.
Police rushed at 129 Milton Avenue around 8:30 p.m. and discovered a “female juvenile” victim with a gunshot wound. Police have not revealed her age at this time.
Two people have been apprehended in connection with the incident.
Due to the victim’s age and severity of injuries, Boston police have dispatched homicide detectives to the site.
No other information was immediately provided.
