Two people have died in an apparent murder-suicide in West Toledo early Wednesday afternoon.
Just after 12:30 p.m., emergency services were dispatched to a home in the 3700 block of Barcelona Drive, where two persons had been discovered dead, according to officials.
Jeanne Gowin, 83, and her husband, Lynn Gowin, 85, died from suspected gunshot wounds. According to investigators, Mr. Gowin shot his wife before killing himself.
