A man and a woman were shot and injured at a gas station in St. Louis on Wednesday evening.
According to St. Louis police, the incident occurred at the Mobile gas station near the intersection of North Kingshighway Boulevard and St. Louis Avenue around 6:15 p.m. Police reported that the victims, a 25-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The victims told police that they were at a gas station when a man in his forties approached the woman and began talking to her. The 20-year-old male then approached the other man, asking why he was speaking with the woman.
When the victims heard gunfire, they jumped into their car and drove away. The male and woman were both hit by gunfire and transported to the hospital for treatment.
According to police, both victims’ vital signs remained stable while undergoing care.
