Three states in the United States have issued severe thunderstorm warnings for Tuesday evening, June 30.
On Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued an advisory for three separate U.S. states. High winds, ranging from 60 to 80 mph, may strike. Major thunder and lightning could also strike.
“Flying debris will endanger those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be severely damaged. Expect significant damage to roofs, windows, and cars. The National Weather Service cautioned that widespread tree damage and power disruptions were anticipated.
“This storm is bringing torrential rains, which could cause flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle across flooded roads.
Three US states have been put on alert:
- New York
- Massachusetts
- Vermont
