A man is in arrest after an altercation at the Edina Aquatic Center early Saturday evening.
According to the Edina Police Department, “a disturbance” resulted in a substantial police presence at the facility around 7 p.m.
According According to authorities, a 19-year-old guy escaped on foot and was apprehended with the assistance of the Richfield authorities Department’s K9. He is currently being held in the Hennepin County Jail on outstanding criminal warrants.
Police stated everyone else involved in the incident had been located, but no additional arrests had been made.
Authorities did not provide any information on the nature of the event, and it is unknown whether any charges would be filed.
