Two men were apprehended after a group of people began fighting in downtown Ann Arbor.
Police were called around 2:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, for a dispute that had broken out in Ann Arbor’s 200 block of S. First Street, according to Ann Arbor Police Department spokeswoman Chris Page.
It is unclear what sparked the altercation, which reportedly involved eight to ten people, Page said.
There were no major injuries or weapons involved, he said.
Two 25-year-old men from Dearborn Heights and Ypsilanti have each been charged with one count of assault, resisting, or obstructing a police officer.
