Police are investigating after two people were shot and injured in a northeast Portland parking lot on Saturday evening.
Officers from the Portland Police Bureau responded to reports of shooting near Northeast 122nd Avenue and Northeast Halsey Street shortly before 6:30 p.m.
Police discovered two people with gunshot wounds and administered first aid before paramedics transported the victims to a hospital by ambulance. As of Sunday evening, there was no word on their status.
During the investigation, Northeast 122 is closed between Northeast Oregon and Northeast Glisan.
